RECOMMENDATION:
Approve the Request for Proposals for auditing services for the next five fiscal
years, beginning July 1, 1 996 and ending June 30, 2001. Authorize staff to initiate
the selection process to contract for professional services, and appoint two
Council Members to participate in the selection process.
