A special meeting of the La Quinta Financing Authority was called to order by
Chairman Peda.
PRESENT: Board Members Adolph, Henderson, Perkins, Sniff, Chairman Peda
ABSENT: None

CONSENT CALENDAR - None
BUSINESS SESSION
1. CONSIDERATION OF FISCAL YEAR 2001/2002 PRELIMINARY BUDGET.
(See City Council Minutes for budget discussion.)
MOTION - It was moved by Board Members Henderson/Perkins to adopt the
Fiscal Year 2001/2002 Preliminary Budget (as amended) and direct staff to
prepare a Fiscal Year 2001/2002 Final Budget for the July 17, 2001, Financing
Authority meeting. Motion carried unanimously.
PUBLIC HEARINGS - None
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business, it was moved by Board Members Sniff/Adolph to
adjourn the meeting. Motion carried unanimously.
