The modifications include remodeling Linden Lane with new paving, landscaping, and a staircase, and removal of five (5) parking stalls. It has been determined that said plan modifications are minor, will not result in a significant change in the project as approved by the decision-making authority, and comply with the spirit and intent of the Old Town La Quinta Specific Plan 2002-058. Therefore, the design modification is approved as shown on the attached exhibits, subject to the following conditions of approval: 1. The applicant shall secure building and demolition permit approval from the Building division prior to the initiation of any work. 2. The applicant shall secure precise grading plan approval from the Design and Development department prior to the initiation of any work. 3. The expansion of the outdoor patio area for the "La Quinta Brewing Company Old Town Tap Room" shall require the approval from the State of California Alcoholic Beverage Control prior to the completion of work. 4.
