SUBJECT: TEMPORARY USE PERMIT 2017-0006
SEASONAL BUSINESS: HALLOWEEN CITY
Dear Ms. Littles:
The Design and Development Department has reviewed and approved your request to
operate a seasonal sales business at 78-987 Highway 111. The approval of the event
is granted under Section 9.100.310 of the La Quinta Municipal Code subject to the
following Conditions of Approval:
1. The business is permitted to operate for up to 90-days.
2. Permitted temporary sign material shall be limited to a minimum one-inch
thick plastic formed lettering affixed to the building façade. All sign
lettering shall promptly be removed upon expiration of the temporary use
permit and the façade shall be restored to its prior condition.
3. Any additional signage or banners are prohibited.
Adherence to these conditions, as outlined, will ensure that adverse impacts to
surrounding properties and businesses will be minimized. The City may elect to add
conditions to this application to mitigate any problems that arise not previously
addressed herein.
