RESOLUTION NO. 2003-037
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LA QUINTA, CALIFORNIA, DIRECTING THE CITY ENGINEER
TO PREPARE THE PRELIMINARY ENGINEER'S REPORT FOR
LANDSCAPE AND LIGHTING ASSESSMENT DISTRICT 89-1
FOR FISCAL YEAR 2003/2004
WHEREAS, in accordance with Article 4 of Chapter 1, Part 2, Division 15 of the
California Streets and Highways Code, commencing with Section 22565, an annual
report must be prepared for the fiscal year commencing July 1,2003 and ending June
30, 2004 in connection with La Quinta Landscape and Lighting Assessment District
No. 89-1.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of La
Quinta, California, as follows:
Timothy R. Jonasson, P. E., City Engineer for Assessment District 89-1, is
--- hereby directed to prepare the Preliminary Engineer's Report in accordance with the
~ provisions of the Landscape and Lighting Act of 1972.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the La Quinta City
Council held on this 17th day of June, 2003, by the following vote:
