SPECIAL MEETING
MINUTES
JUNE 13, 2003
A special meeting of the La Quinta Financing Authority was called to order by
Chairman Adolph.
PRESENT: Board Members Henderson, Osborne, Perkins, Sniff, Chairman Adolph
ABSENT: None
PUBLIC COMMENT - None
CONFIRMATION OF AGENDA - Confirmed
The Financing Authority convened into joint session with the City Council and the
Redevelopment Agency.
BUSINESS SESSION
1. CONSIDERATION OF THE FISCAL YEAR 2003/2004 PRELIMINARY BUDGET.
For discussion of this item, see City Council Minutes of June 13, 2003.
MOTION -It was moved by Board Members Sniff/Osborne to adopt the Fiscal
Year 2003/2004 Preliminary Budget as amended, and direct staff to prepare a
Fiscal Year 2003/2004 Final Budget for July 22, 2003. Motion carried
unanimously.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business, it was moved by Board Members Sniff/Perkins to
adjourn. Motion carried unanimously.
