SUBJECT: Lot Line Adjustment 2011-511 for APNs 777-460-058 and -059
(Portions of Lots 126 and 127 of TM 32070)
Attached are the original two GRANT DEEDS and Surveyor’s exhibits for the above-mentioned
Lot Line Adjustment.
I am returning them to your department to file with the LLA file – these were never recorded.
o They were sent to the Clerk’s Office for recording on May 29, 2012.
o The Clerk’s Office sent them to the RIVCO Recorder on June 1, 2012.
o The RIVCO Recorder rejected them due to missing notary stamp & fees on June 15, 2012.
o The LLAs were returned to PW to get the property owner to correct on June 15, 2012.
o Corrections were submitted to the Clerk’s Office to Record on July 18, 2012.
o The RIVCO Recorder rejected them again due to missing forms on July 27, 2012.
o The owners Surveyor and Rep on the project, Chris Bergh of MDS was send a thorough
explanation of what the RIVCO Recorder needed on August 9 and 10, 2012.
o Chris Bergh reported that the owner had the RIVCO forms to complete on Nov 8, 2012.
o Amy Yu followed up by emailing RJT on November 2, 2015 – no response.
o City Clerk’s Office 5-year limit on holding originals to record has expired & the attached
originals are returned to the department on this date.
