It is a wood-framed structure that is sheathed in stucco and covered with a flat roof that ends in wide, boxed eaves. The building is painted white with gray trim along the edge of the roof. The façade, facing east, features a front door flanked on one side by a massive, and a two-car garage. Other fenestration on the building includes a number of aluminum- framed sliding windows of various size and a sliding door at the rear. *P3b.
