The residence was constructed as a Tract Ranch style single family home with a rectangular plan with a low-pitch hipped roof. The exterior was clad in stucco and horizontal boards. The current survey showed that the building had been demolished. During the current survey, the property was shown to be a vacant lot. Updated Significance: A prior survey evaluated the property as status code 6Z - found ineligible for NRHP, CRHR, and Local Register designation. The dwelling on the property that was initially recorded in 2006 by CRM TECH was demolished in ca. 2022. At the time of the current survey, the dwelling had not yet been replaced. The historic resource is no longer extant. As such, the property is not eligible for inclusion in the NRHP, CRHR, or Local Register. The wood-framed, rectangular residence is constructed on a concrete slab foundation and topped by a low- pitched, side-gabled roof covered with asphalt and white gravel.
