As they are pre-existing, use of the trailers shall be in conformance with this minor use permit application and be subject to the following Conditions: The temporary construction and sales trailers may remain on-site for a one year period, to run from the date of this letter. An extension of the one year period may be applied for, with no additional fee, in writing to the Community Development Department before expiration. The Community Development Director may, after review of the request, extend the use of the trailers for an additional period of time at his/her discretion. Use of the trailers shall be limited to the hours of construction as listed in the La Quinta Municipal Code (Chapter 6.08, Nuisances). A copy of this time schedule can be obtained from the Building Division. Mounted close to the front door on the outside of the trailers shall be a written notice informing emergency personnel of your 24-hour emergency phone number in case problems arise that need your prompt attention (i.e., minimum one -inch high letters). 9. Both trailers shall continue to provide restroom facilities to accommodate on-site workers, sales staff and clientele. 10. Design and construction of any new temporary parking/access areas as shown on the application exhibits shall be reviewed and approved by the Public Works Department through the precise grading plan/permit process. 11. Dust control measures, as may be applicable under LQMC Chapter 6.16, shall continue to be maintained and enforced for unpaved or otherwise unimproved areas surrounding the construction and sales trailer complex and parking area.
