Obtain a building permit including an electrical permit for temporary power. The office shall not be moved onto the site until a precise grading permit or a building permit has been issued. 2. Provide restroom facilities to accommodate on-site personnel. 3. Mounted to the exterior of the trailer close to the front door shall be a written notice providing emergency personnel your 24-hour emergency phone number they can call in case of problems arise that need your prompt attention (i.e., minimum 1" high letters). 4. 5. 6. 7. 8.
