This is because the plan for the proposed parking lot adjacent to your clubhouse trailers is not approved and a parking lot is required for the trailers. It has been determined that a parking lot may be installed on a temporary basis with Public Works Department approval. Following are in their entirity the conditions of approval, including revised #9.
