SUBJECT: TEMPORARY USE PERMIT 2001-269
Dear Ms. Reistod:
The Community Development Department approves your request to hold a fund-raising
carwash at 50-981 Washington Street on February 3, 2001 between the hours of 11:00
A.M. and 2:00 P.M., pursuant to Section 9.100.140 of the Zoning Ordinance.
The applicant and property owner agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the City
of La Quinta in the event of any legal claim or litigation arising out of the City's approval of
this project. The City of La Quinta shall have the right to select its defense counsel in its
sole discretion.
This decision may be appealed to the Planning Commission. Please contact this office and
we can explain the appeal procedure which requires a filing fee of $175.00.
