In reviewing your request, it is staff's determination that this amendment to MUP 2001-319 to allow increasing a model home site for lots 2-4 to include Lots 5-12 of Tract 30125-1 can be approved. Therefore, let this letter serve as your approval for your request contingent upon the original Conditions of Approval as follows: 1. Mounted on the exterior of the sales office door shall be a written notice providing emergency personnel your 24-hour emergency phone number they can call in case problems arise that need your prompt attention(i.e., minimum 1 " high letters). 2. Install one 2A10BC fire extinguisher inside the sales office and each model. 3. A cash deposit, in the amount of $1,000.00, shall be posted with the City to insure the garage conversions to model/sales office are removed within 90 days after the expiration of this permit. 4. No temporary signs or flags are permitted unless separately approved by this Department. The following advertising, devices or activities are expressly prohibited within or outside the project: banners, balloons, portable trailer signs, or human indicators. Permanent identification signs for the project shall be approved by the Planning Commission. 5.
