Findings to approve this request are: 1 . Adequate parking facilities exist for guests and employees; and 2. Adherence to the conditions attached to this application, as outlined herein, will ensure that adverse impacts to surrounding properties and businesses will be minimized. Based on these findings, your MUP application is hereby approved subject to the following Conditions: 1 . Obtain a permit from the Riverside County Fire Department to install your tent structures.
