SUBJECT: MINOR USE PERMIT FOR A TEMPORARY METAL STORAGE
CONTAINER
Dear Mr. O'Neil:
The Community Development Department is in receipt of your application for
a Minor Use Permit for a temporary metal storage container on your property
at 51-455 Desert Club Drive. However, your application is incomplete. This
is a new application, therefore, a fee of $75.00 is required. Please submit a
check in the amount of $75.00 made payable to the City of La Quinta in
order for us to process your application.
The Director of Community Development has determined that your
application will be referred to the Planning Commission for consideration. As
soon as we receive the check for $75.00, we will schedule your project for
the next regularly scheduled Planning Commission meeting to be held here at
City Hall in the City Council Chambers located at 78-495 Calle Tampico in La
Quinta.
