Box 1504 7 m k ty La Quinta, CA 92253 FILIN v vI SUBJECT: Approval for Minor Use Permit 2005-647 Dear John: Your request for Minor Use Permit 2005-647 to allow the installation of temporary safety and security fencing around vacated lots and coaches located at 78-990 Miles Avenue (Vista Dunes) is hereby approved. Install a chain link fence, no higher than six feet in height, along the boundary shown on the site plan submitted to the Community Development Department. 2. This permit shall expire one year from the date of this letter. Removal of the temporary parking lot and associated amenities shall be completed by July 1, 2006. If a time extension is needed, the applicant shall request such an extension at the Community Development Department prior to expiration of this permit. The Community Development Director may extend the permit for an additional year. No fee is required for the permit extension. 3. The City may elect to add Conditions to this application request to mitigate any problems that arise not previously addressed herein. 4. The applicant/developer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the City of La Quinta from any legal claim or litigation arising out of the City's approval of this project.
