Once the trailer is installed, it may remain on-site for a twelve month period. However, an extension of the twelve month period may be applied for, with no additional fee, in writing to the Community Development Department before expiration. The Community Development Director may, after reviewing the facts, elect to extend the use of the temporary structure for an additional six month period, or as deemed appropriate. 2. The temporary trailer shall not be used for purposes other than business transactions related to the pro shop, recreational club, and property. 3. A building address shall be installed on the trailer to help identify the temporary business location (e.g., minimum 2 -inch high letters in a contrasting color). 4. Provide one 2A 10BC rated fire extinguisher inside the construction trailer and sign over the designated, marked exit door, which states 'Door to Remain Open During Business Hours.' 5. A building permit is required for both the temporary structure. and for -temporary electric power. Landscaping shall be installed around the structure, as per the approved plans for the Andalusia at Coral Mountain Swim and Tennis Club. 8.
