EPA will be out there on Monday (weather permitting) to glue down all lots except 13 and 20 which we will be utilizing in the next 30 days. However, I do have a meter coming and as soon as we get it in, I will start scheduling my superintendent to go out there as needed to water down those 2 lots until he is there full time. Please let me know what you find out about the dust control plan and the permit that we talked about earlier today. I am currently getting pricing on our sign. However, since this is a temporary parking lot deposit, Kay will be sending one of her inspectors out ....and I have copied in Amy Yu to make sure that Public Works has no outstanding issue with Santerra that would prevent my paying out the refund. Basically, I include several departments just to make sure that I don't pay out a deposit when we have items which are incomplete.
