The previously approved Minor Use Permit (MUP 2007- 980, ext. 1) allowed for an extension up to March 31, 2008. After reviewing the facts, there is no evidence that an extreme extenuating circumstance exist that would justify the approval of an extension for the storage container; therefore, the Planning Department does not approve the extension of this permit. The temporary storage container shall be removed from the site within ten (10) days of this letter. This decision may be appealed to the Planning Commission by anyone provided they submit the necessary paperwork and filing fee of $175.00 to this office within 15 days of denial of this permit.
