The use of the model home complex shall be in compliance with all requirements as may be imposed by the Riverside County Fire Department. They can be reached at 760-863-8886. 7. The following advertising devices or activities are expressly prohibited within or outside the project: banners, balloons, portable trailer signs, or human indicators/sign twirlers. As part of this model complex approval, up to eight (8) subdivision flags may be installed. Location, design and use of any flags shall be in conformance with LQMC Section 9.60.250.C. 8. The model home complex shall be permitted to remain for one (1) year, beginning from the date of this approval, unless a time extension is applied for and granted by this Department. The Community Development Director may extend the permit for a set time period, upon written request from the property owner. No fee will be charged to extend this, permit. 9. The applicant/property owner agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the City of La Quinta (the "City"), it's agents, officers and employees 'from any claim, or litigation arising out of the City's approval of this project. This indemnification shall include any award toward attorney's fees. The City of La Quinta, shall have the right to select its defense counsel in its sole discretion.
