Subject: Remporary Use Permit Application for Trailer
Dear Mr. Middleton:
The Community Development Department has received your application to maintain a
construction trailer at the La Quinta Resort for your future Signature Pool construction.
The trailer has been on site for a number of months without benefit of the proper
permits. We have determined that we cannot approve this permit at this time. Active
plan checking of the project plans is not presently occurring and status of the approval
is unsure. When the plans are near permit issuance status and it is assured the project
will proceed, we will be able to approval the request. We will hold your application in
abeyance until that time.
The trailer needs to be removed from its current location immediately (by June 4,
2007) and the current location restored.
