Adequate parking exists for customers and employees 2. The facility is open Monday through Thursday 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM, Friday 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and Saturday 10:00 AM to 1:30 PM 3. Adherence to the recommended conditions will ensure impacts to surrounding properties will be minimized. Conditions: 1. A building permit is required for the tenant improvements. Contact the Building and Safety Department at (760) 777-7012 for permit requirements. 2. Install one 2A1 OBC fire extinguisher inside by the exit door and provide a "door to remain open during business hours" sign above the door. Temporary signage, such as a grand opening banner shall be approved separately by the Planning Department. 4.
