RESOLUTION NO. 2006-028
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LA QUINTA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING DONATIONS
FROM WINDERMERE REAL ESTATE AND ORANGE
COAST TITLE FOR THE ANNUAL EGG HUNT AND
CHALK DRAWING COMPITION
WHEREAS, On April 4, 2006 Windermere Real Estate and Orange Coast Title
generously offered to donate $500 to be used for the annual Egg Hunt and Chalk
Drawing Competition; and
WHEREAS, The gifts were offered for donation to the City of La Guinta and
was not given to or limited to the use of any particular employee or official; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the City of La Guinta to accept the
donation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
La Guinta, California, as follows:
The City of La Guinta hereby accepts the donation of $500 from
Windermere Real Estate and Orange Coast Title for the annual Egg
Hunt and Chalk Drawing Competition.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the La Guinta
City Council held on this day of April 4, 2006, by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Council Members Henderson, Kirk, Osborne, Sniff, Mayor Adolph
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
ABSTAIN: None
