RESOLUTION NO. 2006-029
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LA QUINTA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING DONATIONS
FROM 123 FITNESS FOR THE ANNUAL EGG HUNT FOR
ADUL TS
WHEREAS, On April 4, 2006 1 23 Fitness generously offered to donate two
6 month membership passes, a value of $480 to be used for the annua1 Egg Hunt
for Adults; and
WHEREAS, The gifts were offered for donation to the City of La Guinta and
was not given to or limited to the use of any particular employee or official; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the City of La Guinta to accept the
donation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
La Guinta, California, as follows:
The City of La Guinta hereby accepts the donation of two 6 month
membership passes, from 1 23 Fitness for the annual Egg Hunt for
Adults.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the La Guinta
City Council held on this day of April 4, 2006, by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Council Members Henderson, Kirk, Osborne, Sniff, Mayor Adolph
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
ABSTAIN: None
