PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the City of La Quinta has a pending receivership action
against the above referenced Defendants in relation to the property with a physical address 52475
Avenida Carranza, La Quinta ("Property"). Said action could affect the titles and the right to
possess said real property. The Property is located in the City of La Quinta, County of Riverside,
State of California with the following legal description:
Lot 1, in Block 91 of Santa Carmelita at -Vale La Quints Unit No.10, as shown by Map on
file in Book 18, Page ?0 of Maps, Records of Riverside County, California.

Through its receivership action, the City seeks -- among other relief — to have the Court
appoint a receiver to abate all violations of the La Quinta Municipal Code by making the

associated with its compliance effort, including all attorneys' fees and costs associated with, inter
alia, the receivership and administrative actions.
