Dear Mr. Hoke:
In regards to the above subject, this Department is in receipt of your letter dated August 6,
2004—We discussed the changes which you requested in that letter by phone, at which time it
was indicated that 1) we do not have a problem with locating the double -sided 24 square foot
residential monument sign in the center median entry off of Eisenhower Drive; and, 2) you are
allowed two single -face signs in lieu of the one 30 square foot commercial monument sign, but
with each single -faced sign limited to 15 square feet. This letter serves to confirm that
determination and approve your request.
This approval was made based on Exhibit A as submitted with your letter, and subject to the
following conditions:,
1. The applicant shall comply with all other approval conditions pertaining to SA 2004-
771, except where this approved revision modifies those conditions.
2. The applicant shall obtain approval from the Public Works Department for location of all
signs and verification that they are not within any City rights-of-way or required corner
cutback areas.
