A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LA
QUINTA, CALIFORNIA, GRANTING APPROVAL OF FINAL
TRACT MAP AND SUBDIVISION IMPROVEMENT
AGREEMENT ASSOCIATED WITH TRACT MAP NO. 33085
WHEREAS, the Planning Manager approved a time extension for Tentative Tract
Map No. 33085, as permitted under the Subdivision Map Act, on January 27, 2017,
subject to conditions of approval; and
WHEREAS, the developer has completed the conditions of approval or secure
the incomplete improvements with the Subdivision Improvement Agreements and
bonds; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of La Quinta,
California, as follows:
That the City Council does hereby grant approval of Final Tract Map and
Subdivision Improvement Agreement associated with Tract Map No. 33085, as
referenced in the title of this Resolution, for the reasons set forth in this Resolution.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the La Quinta City
Council held on this 5th day of December 2017, by the following vote:
AYES: Council Members Fitzpatrick, Pena, Radi, Sanchez, Mayor Evans
NOES: None
