flags as existing in the Painted Cove and Bajada Tracts at 50th Avenue and Park Street. ,
Within Painted Cove, the three subdivision flags now existing on Mountain Shadows Road adjacent
to your model complex are allowed to remain. Within Bajada, the five subdivision flags at the
southwest corner of 50th "Avenue and Park Avenue are. approved.to remain..
This request is hereby approved. The sign application expires October 24, 1996. Should you wish
to keep the flags beyond that time, you will have to comply, with the current Zoning Code
requirements.
