Part of the purchase agreement with the Yessayian family was to merge the four (4) half lots into two (2) full- size lots. Planning staff issued the subject parcel merger number for the pending merger so the appropriate documents could be prepared. Please find enclosed in a separate envelop attached hereto, the document "originals", for the subject parcel merger. There is no need to send copies of these documents back to the Engineering Department for engineering staff review, because they have already been reviewed. If Planning finds these documents to be complete, please approve the parcel merger and have the appropriate documents recorded. Mrs. Yessayian is anxious to have the parcel merger recorded, therefore,'your earliest attention to this matter is appreciated.
