He indicated that this merger affects the easement for this line, and that he will be forwarding the application for comment by their Sanitation division. It appears that the merger requested is intended to address the CVWD requirement for a total 20-foot wide exclusive easement to accommodate their facilities. I asked that we be forwarded their specific criteria so that in approving this merger, their easement is provided for by the applicant through the appropriate condition or other requirement. I also received a letter from IID on this application, a copy of which has been attached. This will also be forwarded to Building and Safety for their reference, as well as to the applicant. This information is provided to assist in any further comment on or requirements for this application, which your Department may deem .necessary.
