The use of the additional space behind the Crab Pot will be used for refrigeration and storage. As depicted in the renditions that we provided you, we will maintain color and architectural consistency with our existing building. All of our refrigeration equipment for the new building will be located. on the roof behind the parapet wall of the existing building. The parking spaces that are displaced will be relocated on our lot adjacent to us. As you know, we recently purchased the lot adjacent to us with the purpose of supporting our current operational and future operational needs. Most recently through our conversation with you, we have decided to add 8 stacked parking spaces. Our employees will use those spaces. Since we only need to replace three parking spaces that will be a gain of five spaces. Some of the future uses of the lot could include a kitchen addition, more parking, and other uses that would support our operation. We have hired a landscaper to carry the theme of our landscaping through our new property. This would encompass approximately 8 feet by 29 feet of the frontage of Avenida La Fonda. We have also instructed him to eliminate the weeds and -trim back over grown plants on. the lot. We hope this outlines the concerns that .you have. We would like to proceed with our project through the Modifications by Applicant process.
