We need to have the property merged into one parcel the least expensive way possible. Wally is handling the merger from a Planning application perspective. We will need a CE or LLS to prepare the parcel merger documents including legal description. Can you get a proposal to do this work? Since RBF is working on the street can you get them to do this work? If there are any questions on the application requirements we need for the City application please coordinate with Wally.
