The reduction should apply generally to the front of the building as proposed, which would include the pilasters at the garage as well. This letter is provided to clarify that intent, and to advise you of the following modification to approval finding #2:. 2. This adjustment is consistent with the intent and purpose of the Zoning Code in allowing development of single family homes and swimming pools/spas in the RC Zoning District.
