The Department has approved the adjustment requests because they (1) are not detrimental to the health, safety, and general welfare of this area 'in that said adjustments are minor and not readily discernible, (2) do not exceed the 10% allowed by of the Zoning Code, and (3) will not adversely affect the General Plan, which permits single family development on the property.
