FAX (7-60) 777-7101 The Community Development Department has approved your request to enlarge a bedroom into the front yard setback pursuant to Sections 9.210.040 (Minor Adjustments) and 9.30.030 (RL District) of the Zoning Ordinance, subject to the following findings: 1.. No impact to the City's General Plan.will occur with this adjustment request because the Land Use Element designates the site for residential purposes. This' minor adjustment (e.g., 10% deviation) is consistent with the intent and purpose of the. Zoning Code in that the room enlargement will be architecturally consistent with the existing house and in -line with the front -loaded two -car garage which is setback 21'= 0" from the front yard property, line. 2.
