Therefore, attached please find the revised Mylar drawings for the grading plan at the Estates at Point Happy Ranch. More specifically, the revisions are merely the adjustment in -grades for the top of the masonry wall at the North Property line. Even more specifically the wall has been raised to a height of 10' and 12' foot above the existing Von's parking lot at advantageous locations. The 12 foot segment is at the area where the Von's offices are a two story elevation behind lot #19 and portions of #18 and #20. In as much as we had already started construction of the original wall, time is of the essence and we would appreciate your immediate review and respective approvals so a revised block wall permit can be issued. Agenda: 1. Public works is going to review the revised plan (grades) and hopefully approve. 2. Community Development is taking in an application fora "change permit" and review 3. Building Department is awaiting the above departmental approvals in order to issue a revised permit.
