Your request for an encroachment of 2 feet into the required front yard setback 20 feet in order to legalize the residence has been approved based 'on the following Findings: FINDINGS: 1. The Minor Adjustment is consistent with the La Quinta General Plan, in that the request does not alter the approved land use for the property, or affect land uses on surrounding properties: The Adjustment allows the property owner to save a natural and aesthetically pleasing rock outcropping in the back yard. 2. -The Minor Adjustment is consistent with the intent of the La Quinta.
