MINOR ADJUSTMENT REQUEST: To allow the retaining wall an additional 8" inches above maximum permissible height to coordinate differences between pad elevations. This. permits a total 8'8 exposed wall height as identified in "Exhibits A. and B." nFCISION: Approval is granted for the requested increase, based on the following findings: Minor Adjustment 2005-565 'is consistent with the La Quinta' General Plan, in that .the reduction proposed does not alter the approved land use .for the property, or affect land use on surrounding similar properties. Minor Adjustment 2005-565 is consistent . with the intent of the La Quinta Zoning Code, in that the requested adjustment will retain adequate rear yard separations as required under said Zoning Code.
