La` Quinta, CA 92253' • i ' (760)345-8806 ' October 22, 2006 F , Dear Sirs, I am writing to request a waiver for our building project located at our home at 44-675' . Saffron Ct. in La Quinta: I am interested in converting one third of our garage into a , home office space. Apparently there is a building`code requirement that the remaining part of the garage be 20' X 20'. J,would like to" request a•1' deviation waiver as there'is. not adequate space to full fill this requirement. Currently there is an existing appliance and cooling/heating unit placemenf that would not allow for the required space. I would need to have the space be 20' X 19' to meet the location of these items and avoid major reconstruction which is within the allowed 10% deviation allowance. In our Cactus Flower development numerous homes have already been granted this ' deviation waiver as they have enclosed their smaller section of their garage into a room., Approval of this waiver will be appreciated based on both need and past practice. I .- , • ' appreciate your consideration in this matter. If you have any'questions you may contact me at 275-5196 cell or.345-8806 home. Thank you for your assistance. • Sincerely, Harry Lo tos - • Y • l iPdpoSt= _ 1 lDDiT'oN f e*p,r / a i E"191 c 10- cep Fa71 . ..
