Request: Allow an 8% adjustment to allow a sign to exceed the 50 square foot maximum by 4.4 square feet. Condition: 1. A building permit shall be obtained from the Building & Safety Department prior to installation of the sign if required. 2. The subject sign shall comply with all other Sign Program provisions for La Quinta court and the City of La Quinta Sign: Code Chapter 9.160 Signs. Decision: Approval is granted for the requested adjustment, subject to the above listed Conditions and based on the following findings: • Minor Adjustment 2009-613 is consistent with the La Quinta General Plan, in that the excess square footage proposed does not alter the approved land use for the property, or affect land use our surrounding similar properties. w • Processing and approval of Minor Adjustment 2009-613 is in compliance with -the California Environmental Quality Act.
