REQUEST: Grant up to a 10% adjustment to reduce the front yard side -entry garage setback from fifteen (15) feet to thirteen feet, six inches (13'-6" ), to allow for an addition to the existing residence, as shown on the attached plans. CONDITIONS: 1. A building permit shall be obtained . from the Building & Safety Department prior to construction. 2.
