REQUEST: Grant up to a 10% adjustment to raise the. maximum yard structure height from twelve feet (12') to thirteen -feet two inches (13'-2"), to allow for a shade structure, as shown on the attached plans. CONDITIONS: 1.. A building permit shall be obtained from the Building & Safety Department prior to construction. 2. The proposed structure and all other construction shall comply with all. other development standards as required under the La Quinta Zoning Code.
