REQUEST: Grant up to a 10% adjustment to increase the maximum allowable perimeter wall height from six feet (6') to six feet seven inches WTI to accommodate additional wall height for added security, as shown on the plans submitted with this application. CONDITIONS: 1. A building permit shall be obtained from the Building & Safety Department prior to construction, 2.
