This letter is to report approval' -of your recent application for a setback adjustment,
pursuant to Section 1181.33 of Ordin�lnce No. 348, to permit a,1' encroachment from the
rear Property line, a 1' encroachment from the covered pat o on the south, and a
encroachment from the north property line to locate a swimming pool.
It has been deterinined from a study of the case that special.circumstances applicable
to the property do exist. Due to size and shape of the lot, if the modification were
