The applicant shall provide, to the Building Division an adequate drainage plan for conveyance of runoff and nuisance water, to insure that there is proper channelization of said water to an approved drainage way. 2. The applicant shall obtain written permission from the golf course owner, or his authorized agent, to allow for drainage conveyance over their property. This shall be provided to the Building Division prior to,building permit issuance. 3. These conditions shall be made part of the building permit for which this adjustment is contemplated. The conditions herein shall be addressed to the satisfaction of the Planning and Building Divisions prior to the release of any permit for. site construction. This approval shall become effective 15 days from the date of this letter, unless an appeal is filed in accordance with Section 9.180.060 of the La Quinta Municipal Code.
