The following setback adjustment has been approved subject to conditions and in accordance with attached Exhibit A. SETBACK ADJUSTMENT: Pool Equipment - 7'6" from rear property boundary, pool - 3'9" from side property boundary, pool - 319" from rear property boundary. FOR: Swimming pool & pool equipment. - CONDITIONS: 1. The Applicant shall confirm that the Imperial Irrigation District does not object to the encroachment of the pool into the utility easement along the rear of the property boundary. 2.
