Legal: Lot 26, TR 23935-2 This letter is to. report approval of your recent application for a setback adjustment, pursuant to Chapter 9.188 of the City of La Quinta Planning & Zoning Regulations. The following setback adjustment has been approved subject to conditions and in accordance with attached Exhibit A. SETBACK ADJUSTMENT: Five foot rear yard setback reduced to three feet. for the proposed pool and spa. FOR: Swimming Pool & Spa (rear yard)' CONDITIONS: 1. The pool and spa shall include reinforcing and be designed per.the Uniform Building Code requirements. 2. The perimeter fence or block wall shall be five feet -high (minimum). 3.
