The following setback adjustment has been approved subject to conditions and in accordance with attached Exhibit A. SETBACK ADJUSTMENT: Five foot side & rear yard setback reduced to three feet for the proposed pool and spa. FOR: Swimming Pool & Spa encroachment CONDITIONS: 1. The pool and spa shall include reinforcing and be designed per the Uniform Building Code requirements. 2. The perimeter fence or block wall shall be five feet high (minimum). 3. Self -closing gates shall. be installed which prevent children from entering the property, etc.. 4. A building permit shall be obtained. 5. GTE requires that a, three inch (3 inch) PVC conduit, schedule 40 or better, be placed within the easement area. This would facilitate their assessing, the area in the future, should the need to replace the facilities arise.
