The following setback adjustment has been approved subject to conditions and in accordance with attached Exhibit A. SETBACK ADJUSTMENT• Reduce 5-foot side setback to 2 1/2-feet has been denied. Reduce 5-foot side setback to 3-feet has been approved. FOR: Pool & Spa CONDITIONS: 1. The pool and spa water line shall not be any closer than 3-feet to the existing property line. 2. A 5-foot high perimeter wall shall enclose the pool & spa and self -closing gates shall be installed at all access points. 3. A building permit shall be obtained from the Building Department. 4. The pool and spa shall include reinforcing and be designed per the Uniform Building Code requirements. . After review it was determined that: 1.
